🤍Policies & Etiquette: ✨Arrive Makeup-Free Please come with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Residue from mascara, eyeliner, or strip glue can affect retention and take away from your lash time. ✨Arrive On Time A 10-minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals past that may require rescheduling and a rebooking fee. ✨Booking & Deposits: Appointments require a card on file. Deposits are non-refundable and applied toward your total. ✨Fills & Time Frames: To qualify as a fill, at least 40% of extensions must remain. • 1-week touch-up: within 7 days • 2-week fill: within 8–15 days • 3-week fill: within 16–22 days • Extended fill: 23+ days or less than 40% retention. Also recommended for new clients from other artists. ✨Cancellations & Rescheduling: A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50–100% of the service booked. ✨Membership Clients: Appointments must be used within the same month and are subject to availability. Missed appointments forfeit that month’s service. ✨Aftercare: Avoid steam, oils, or rubbing the eyes for 24 hours after your appointment. Clean lashes daily with an approved lash cleanser and brush gently to maintain retention. ✨Children & Guests: For safety and relaxation, guests and children are not permitted during lash appointments.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Please cancel/ reschedule your appointment at least 24 hrs in advance or you will be charged 50% of the service.
